Amazing work is done out of this facility! I’ve adopted 3 animals here, and they helped me find a home for 3 rats that I took in as emergency fosters. I cannot say enough good things about them!
We have just had our second adoption with Tails. We first adopted from them in 2020 and came back to them in 2023. Both times it was for dogs who had separation anxiety. We appreciated Tails guidance in informing us what to expect, allowing for a smoother transition. Their personnel directed us to dogs who were a better fit for our household vs the ones we picked online. And they stressed the need to allow time for the dogs to acclimate to our other animals, with slow introductions and decompression, ensuring a successful transition to our household. We are so grateful to Tails for the lives they have saved and the happiness they have given to our family. We love our new additions and look forward to years of happiness together.
In my personal experience. I have not had a good experience they have given me a sick dog. That they keep saying was absolutely fine but has had diarrhea since day one and they blamed it on the stress and food changes. they have blame it on a lot of other things. I brought him to a vet to find out that he is very sick. Its going to cost me quite a bit of Money to make him better. they are very hard to get it in contact with nor does it seem like they care very much. I will not recommend using them.
My husband and I recently adopted a kitten from here and we had a wonderful experience with them! Both girls were very friendly. Place was very clean and the animals are very well taken care of there. I highly recommend them
My husband and I recently went into Tails with my brother to check out bunnies for him and instead, we left with a handsome little pup named Chase! I have visited Tails before and had self control, but this time, I found the most perfect addition to our family! I love that we were given a packet of info to help guide us on what to do with our new companion! He has never seen stairs before and this smart little cookie first mastered going up the stairs in just one day and then mastered going down the stairs the next day! He sleeps thru the night and hasn’t had a single accident inside! I’m so grateful that I was able to adopt such a wonderful little guy and grateful for all of the tips I was given during the adoption to make sure that he was able to feel comfortable and do well in our home!
I went in there to get a kitten the one I wanted ended up getting sold so I went back and I instantly fell in love with this Cat when I spent some time with him. The process to adopt him was very smooth and easy. I would recommend this is where you get your pet from if you are looking!!!
